You agree to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents upon request. Accepted documents include but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
You may request the closure of your jb8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and applicable withdrawal processing times.
jb8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jb8's discretion.

All transactions on the jb8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). jb8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Upon termination for cause, jb8 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited.
